Rooms & Rates

We have three rooms available and they are all en suite.

The twin and single rooms face east and have the morning sunshine. They are both en suite with a shower, basin and wc. The single beds in the twin rooms can be linked to form a super kingsize double bed.

The double room has a king size bed and has patio doors with a wonderful view southwards over Odiham and with the hill just before Alton in the far distance. In the near distance may be seen friesian cows placidly grazing, or black sheep in a field to the east. This is a very romantic room – not least because it is at the other end of the house so very quiet and private. En suite is a bath with shower attachment, basin and wc.

We believe in good quality, comfortable beds and good quality bedlinen.

Cancellation policy
Once a firm booking has been made, we reserve the right to charge the full cost of your stay with us if you cancel within 48 hours of the expected date of arrival for a Monday to Thursday reservation and 7 days for a Friday to Sunday reservation if we are unable to re-book the accommodation. If you fail to turn up we will charge the full cost and this principle is supported in legislation. If you think there may be a problem please get in touch as soon as possible as we are always happy to listen.
