Little Cottage B&B in the parish of Mattingley is within easy access of Reading, Basingstoke, Farnborough, Camberley and Fleet in North-east Hampshire UK.

We are idyllically situated on the edge of Hazeley Heath, just north of the village of Hartley Wintney, and with distant views towards Alton, an incredible 16 miles away.

The bed & breakfast accommodation consists of three rooms, all ensuite.

Because we are off the road, the house is quiet, peaceful and relaxing and guarantees a good night’s sleep.

Superb – best ever B&B, so peaceful with lovely views. Our hosts so very friendly.
